Yes, you are very welcome to take your own photos throughout your visit including when meeting Santa. There will also be professional photos and some lovely photo keepsakes available for purchase.

No, there is plenty of parking and it is free. 

Due to the popular nature of this event, we do recommend booking online to secure your visit and to avoid disappointment. 

There will be some tickets to purchase on the day at the grotto, but this is subject to availability.

We are open from the 18th November and selected dates till Christmas Eve. Please see our website for details.

Tickets are £10 per child and adults are free. Tickets booked online are subject to a £1.50 booking fee per transaction.

Yes, all paying children will receive a small early Christmas gift from Santa as part of their visit.

Please bring your e-tickets with you either printed or by showing your phone.

No pets are permitted. Guide Dogs and Assistance dogs are allowed.

Yes, as part of a full paying child entry, babies under the age of 1 years old, are free of charge.

Note that children under the age of 1 do not receive a gift from Santa, if you would like your child to receive a gift please choose the full paying child ticket.

Please also note that we reserve the right to request proof of age.
